Hotel Breiddalsvik

Peaceful, welcoming, and a good rest point on the route. Rooms were cosy and spotless. The hotel staff checked in with us the morning before we were due to arrive which was a nice touch and were willing to accommodate our expected late evening arrival. Unfortunately we ended up having a tyre puncture while on our way to the hotel so we weren't able to make dinner but the staff were great and make sure that we were able to get into our rooms easily after we arrived much later than we expected!

The room was quite comfortable, from the linens to the bed. Nice bath products. Lights above the beds for nighttime reading. The staff are great - friendly and helpful. There's a common room with lots of seating, a TV, computer, coffee machine & teas plus an honor bar. We ate dinner and breakfast there. Dinner was really great. We had the char and lamb - both scrumptious. Breakfast was nicely presented and good. I would definitely stay again.

It was just lovely. The staff were all super nice. We loved that there was a restaurant on site. The 24 hour coffee machine was a bonus! It had some great attractions nearby and we saw the northern lights. I loved the skylight in our bathroom because it gave us a delightful sunrise through it.

On arrival we were greeted by really lovely staff who made us feel welcome from the start. The room was so nice! Beautiful room on an amazing hotel in the middle of a town that we didn't even planned to visit! Tenesor was absolutely amazing on check-in and during dinner and after. What a lovely person we got to meet. The whole hotel is beautiful and the rooms really exceeded our expectations. It was a lovely but short stay. The living room was amazing as was the decoration of the whole hotel.

We were here on our honeymoon and loved every second of staying in this little hotel. We were greeted with champagne and chocolate from the hotel staff, who were very warm and very helpful! The room was very clean and very cozy. We loved that there was a community area that was open 24/7 where you could play games, grab snacks, or make a coffee! We were also invited to eat dinner at the hotel, which was absolutely delicious! I have a gluten allergy, and they were so accommodating! I didn’t know this when I booked, but there is also a Jacuzzi available for any guest to use! This is a super small town and truthfully, there is not much to do. But, next door to the hotel, there is a cute ground trampoline, and an excellent brewery (with wine and cider options also) with very friendly staff as well! I cannot say enough good things about this place.
